Make it clear which are added by Splatter

Drawing quantiles in violins was causing an error

No gives the number of rows in the original counts

Adjust point size

For compatibility with pseudo-counts

Remove cell component

Decided it was unnecessary

* Scale edgeR dispersion

Fix bug that meant non-linear path factors weren't stored in output of
splatSimulatePaths

Validity method was set to SimpleParams

Zero means was causing NAs in counts

Some parameters weren't being passed from SCESet method to matrix
